The pool area was clean and kid-friendly, making it perfect for our family. The breakfast was extensive, offering freshly baked goods and a variety of options. Staff were attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Stronger water pressure in the bathrooms would be ideal.

Breakfast Delight Amidst Issues

Every morning started with a fantastic breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of options. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, which made us feel welcomed.

However, we faced some significant issues with the room, including an outdated bathroom with a leaking faucet and a broken TV. The overall cleanliness was not up to par.

The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable, making for a decent stay. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and could use more healthy choices. The pool area was enjoyable for the kids, but cleanliness needs improvement.

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Cimarron Splash Park, just a lovely short walk of about 3 km, and I had a great time enjoying breakfast, which was one of the best I’ve ever had, providing plenty of yummy options to fuel my city explorations. traveling on foot made it easy to discover both the gorgeous green space of the park and the wonderful cafes like Scooter's Coffeehouse barely a few steps away.

A Perfect Family Retreat in Omaha!

Our family had a wonderful stay while visiting the Omaha Zoo! The pool entertained our kids, and the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh pancakes and Nutella toppings. Staff was friendly and accommodating during our late-night check-in. Bring a swimsuit and prepare for fun!

Had an awesome time with friends! The indoor pool was a blast, and we enjoyed some quality moments in the hot tub. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and everyone loved the quality coffee in the lobby. Perfect for our group vacation!

However, we noticed that the hot tub was more lukewarm than hot, which was a bit disappointing.

We arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel and

immediately felt relieved walking into the welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially Diana, was incredibly accommodating. However, we were disappointed about missing breakfast due to our early schedule.

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was super clean and comfy, and we even got dog treats at check-in. Breakfast had a ton of options, like bacon, eggs, and a yogurt bar, which was great for picky eaters. Although, walking space for dogs wasn’t ideal, we made it work. Heater was a bit noisy too.
